Quotes and payment
Every custom order is quoted individually based on size, servings, design complexity, fillings, and delivery. A quote becomes a confirmed order once we agree on the details and any required deposit is received; larger orders such as wedding and quinceañera cakes may require a deposit to hold the date.
Lead times
Birthday cakes and treats are best ordered one to two weeks ahead; wedding and quinceañera cakes at least three to four weeks ahead. We accommodate shorter timelines whenever the calendar allows, ask before assuming it's too late.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as plans change. Changes to size, design, or date are accommodated when possible depending on how close we are to your event and whether ingredients or toppers were already purchased. Deposits for date-holding orders may be non-refundable close to the event date.
Allergens
Baketastic by Suhey is NOT a nut-free bakery, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination with any allergen. You are responsible for telling us about allergies and dietary restrictions before placing an order, and for informing your guests. We do not assume liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is at our Northeast Philadelphia location at the agreed time. For delivered orders, we are responsible for the cake until it is set up at your venue; after handoff or setup, transport, storage, and display conditions (heat, sun, unstable tables) are in your care. Tiered cakes should not be moved once assembled.
Photos
We may photograph finished cakes for our gallery and social media. Tell us when ordering if you'd prefer your cake not be shared before your event date.
