Our Story
BakeTastic by Suhey is a home-grown Dominican bakery in Northeast Philadelphia, baking from our kitchen at 1919 Borbeck Ave since 2008. What started as cakes for family and neighbors has grown into more than fifteen years of birthdays, weddings, graduations, baby showers, and quinceañeras across Philadelphia, and a 4.7-star reputation on Google built one celebration at a time. Our specialty has never changed: authentic bizcocho dominicano with suspiro meringue frosting and traditional fillings like dulce de leche, crema pastelera, pineapple, and guava, baked from scratch for every single order.
We're passionate about baking and about the moments our cakes are part of. Today's cakes are statement pieces that add meaning to an event, and we take that seriously: every cake we make aims for the best combination of taste and appearance, baked from scratch with the finest ingredients.
What We Make
