What we collect
When you use our order, contact, or newsletter forms we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event details (date, occasion, cake preferences, delivery address if applicable), any message you write, and inspiration photos you choose to upload. We also record the date, time, and IP address of submissions to prevent abuse of our forms.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare your quote, and fulfill your order. If you check the SMS consent box, we send order updates and event reminders by text message; message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. If you check the email marketing box or join the newsletter, we send occasional emails about specials and seasonal ordering dates; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in a secure database and uploaded photos in secure cloud storage, both hosted by our website infrastructure providers. Text messages are delivered through our SMS provider and emails through our email provider, who process your contact details solely to deliver those messages on our behalf.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond serving your order and the communications you opted into.
Your choices
