A typical timeline looks like this: reach out with your date and venue, trade a few messages or photos about style and flavors, and lock the date with a deposit. Closer to the wedding we confirm final guest count, tier flavors, and delivery timing. On the day, we deliver and assemble the cake at your venue, place fresh flowers with your florist's blooms if you like, and make sure everything is photo-ready before we leave.
Couples often pair the main cake with a dessert station: dessert shooters, cake pops, chocolate-dipped treats, and mini cakes in your wedding colors. It stretches servings for bigger guest lists and gives guests something to take home. May through October dates fill first, a month of notice is the minimum for weddings, and more is always safer for peak season.
